2 folds
Vil9: raises to 250

River: 9x 9x Jx Kx 5x (no flush completes on river)
Vil9: bets all in for 200

Vil9: shows KKxx
Hero: mucks

Analysis:
Preflop: Hero decided to speculate in loose-passive game with A-high flush draw.
Flop: Hero decided to check pot
Turn: Hero forgot to check villain's stack size. The raise size is scary (slightly larger than min raise). With villain's short stack and hero's 2nd bet, this could be an easy fold in a live game. Would villain raise a QTxx for value? Why so small?
River: Hero has blockers to hands, but does villain ever raise not boats here? Hero's boat is so low that this probably should be a fold on river.

---------------
On a negative note, hero had to pay time for table 2x based on "first card of flop - seat number corresponding to player pays time; if first card isn't a seat number, then 2nd (then 3rd) are used.
