1-2, $100 min, no max
Hero bought in for $700 to cover table
Reads:
1 seemed like an LO8 player; older player
2 no reads
3 hero
4 woman, seemed kinda spewy
5 older male?
6 older male?
7 older male?
8 tighter player
9 "NLHE" Player - seemed to be betting often
Overall, there were many fishy players. This seemed to include a woman who seemed to be an opposite player and not understand PLO8 too much.
---------------
Notes:
Hero missed some value when turning a wheel and not check raising villain on 3 straight board (where A2 was naked wheel only).
J54K3 (two tone on flop/turn/river)
Villain (woman in seat 4) bet small on flop/turn to allow hero to continue with naked gutshot + nut low.
---------------
Woman had bet small relative to size of pot; hero had NFD + wrap on 3 low board
hero dealt in HJ: KJT9 (KJ)(T9) ds
1 player raised preflop
5 callers
(6 players - $70 in pot)
Flop: Q4A (two tone on flop, no hero flush draw)
all players check
(6 players - $70 in pot)
Turn: Q4A6 (two tone on flop, no hero flush draw)
3 checks
hero checks
woman (betting after me) - bets 50% pot
2 other players call
hero: tanks/calls
(4 players - $210 in pot)
River: Q4A6T (two tone on flop, no hero flush draw)
9: checks
hero: bets $210
woman jams all in
1 other player folds
9: folds
woman shows 32xx for nut low
Analysis:
Hero should have went for check/raise and raised a little less than pot. Hero would have easily trapped other players for bets instead of woman reraising over hero and others folding.
---------------
Overall, hero won some pots with bluffs, and was able to value bet to show a profit. Sadly, there were some missed spots where hero could have increased win rate.
